In an effort to provide you the best possible experience, we discount shipping as much as possible. For some of our larger product, there might be a small shipping fee.

For a question about a specific order, please call us at 1-855-963-9247. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and some APO addresses, shipping charges will be recalculated and adjusted. In these cases, you will receive a call or e-mail from one of our representatives with an update prior to order fulfillment.

Oversized items, we can't ship by ground and forced to ship via freight.

Shipping Provider & Types:

We've partnered with FedEx to ensure your order is delivered secure and on time. To help you with your purchasing decision, we list the average time it will take for an order to process for each product listed on our website. Orders for some products will process more quickly than others due to order volume and/or inventory status. We try to be as fair and accurate as possible, when listing each product's availability.

We offer the following shipping types:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
  • Expedited 3-Day Shipping*: 3 Business Days
  • Expedited 2-Day Shipping*: 2 Business Days
  • Expedited Overnight Shipping*: Next Business Day
  • Freight Shipping: 5-7 Business Days

We ship orders on regular business days Monday - Friday (non-holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following business day.

* During the checkout process, all products that are qualified for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed, so that you can choose the best option for your shipment.

How much is expedited shipping?

We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the following factors: destination, size, and weight. If expedited shipping for a product is available, a list of shipping options will appear along with the shipping rates during checkout.

Order Shipment Times:

Most orders placed before 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the following business day. Processing for these orders can take a few hours or longer depending on the volume of orders received on that day.

If you need your order delivered by a certain date, we recommend that you call our customer service team at 1-855-963-9247 to guarantee a ship date.

Order Verification

While we process your order, you may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information after purchase. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. The best way to ensure there is no delay on your delivery, double check all information you enter during checkout.

Inspecting Your Order When It Arrives

If your order shipped via freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. We recommend that you verify the following items before signing the bill of landing:

Make sure that you have received the correct item.

Check to make sure that there is not damage to the packaging. If there is damage more than normal wear and tear that occurs in transit, this could indicate that your item was damaged during shipping.

If your order is correct and is in good condition, please sign for the package. However, if you did not receive the correct unit or find damage to the packaging, please refuse the package and call our customer service team at 1-855-963-9247. We will provide you with additional instructions to get your order corrected.

RETURNS

At Newair.com we want you to love what you buy! But if you don't or if the item is unsuitable, we offer a simple "No Hassle Returns" policy. The product you return must be in new, unassembled and unused condition and in the original packaging and have been purchased from newair.com. Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we kindly ask that you return your purchase the same way you received it to ensure a hassle free refund.

Guaranteed Refunds

At Newair.com we are happy to offer a refund for newair.com purchases, if the product is unsuitable within 30 days of receipt.

FREE Return Shipping

We are delighted to offer customers who have purchased an item under 80 lbs FREE return shipping.

Restocking Fees

We only charge a restocking fee of 15% for items over 80 lbs. For any items under 80 lbs we don't charge any restocking fess.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF...

We cannot make any refunds for products purchased from our retail partners. We are happy to work with you on any warranty issues, but if you would like a refund this has to go through the retail partner.

We also make no warranty claims on any products purchased from non-authorized retail partners.

We recommend that you keep the packaging your product was shipped in so you can easily repack your item in the required packaging in the event of a return. We would kindly ask that you include your packing note and complete the returns form so we can process your return efficiently.

Following an inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.

We promise to process all returns and refunds as soon as possible. You should be aware that it can take several days for a bank to show this credit. If you have not received your refund into your account after 10 working days, please contact our customer service or call 855-963-9247.

Please keep the following in mind when preparing your purchase for return:

  • Include only the items for which the prepaid return slip was provided.
  • Include all manufacturer's original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Complete and include the return slip.
  • Place the provided prepaid shipping label on the package.
  • Give the package to your local carrier or drop it off at any carrier location.
  • If your purchase does not include a return slip it may cause delays during the refund procedure.
  • Note: The original shipping charges (if) incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.

Newair.com reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:

  • The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.
  • The returned item is missing parts or the original products packaging.
  • The item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
  • The returned item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.
  • The item being returned has been obviously heavily used (such as lime scale buildup in a water cooler).
  • The item being returned has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.
