We never had until our friend Aileen Van Pelt with Newsy Parents showed us how to make them in an Air Fryer. Now we can’t believe we survived so long without them. They’re mini egg rolls made with beef, pork, shrimp, and vegetables. They’re normally deep fried, but with the Magic Chef Air Fryer, you can get the same crispy taste without any of the unhealthy calories. Mix thoroughly. Separate the spring roll wrappers. Take one and lay it flat on a level surface. Place one tablespoon of the meat mixture out on the wrapper, on the side closest to you. Spread the mixture horizontally along the length of the wrapper. Pull the closest corner up over the mixture, then pull the side corners over to cover it. Dab some water onto the final corner, and roll it over the mixture to seal it. Repeat for the remaining wrappers. Once completed, place the rolls in an Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 390°F. Shake halfway through to make sure they cook evenly. Using tongs, remove the rolls from the basket with and serve with chili sauce. It’s great for dipping.
